Lately I have been feeling really fat. I feel like I have slacked off on following weight watchers and exercising. In the fall K and I started doing Couch to 5k but then it got colder and with the holiday stuff we stopped. Anyways, I decided to start again (with the help of a cool app. that I downloaded on my iPhone.) I never thought I would be able to run but in the fall I actually began to really like it, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will go as well this time. My goal is to run a 5k before the end of the year.
Starting next week I am also going to challenge myself to see if I can only eat vegetarian for two weeks. I don't want to be a vegetarian permanently but I would like to see if I could make myself eat more veggies.
So, that's what is going on with me...I know this wasn't a super exciting post!

this is me in a nutshell. im going to exercise! I'm going to eat more veggies, less meat and junk! the great thing is, though, even though I'm on and off all the time, I know I'm healthier than just being off. You can do it!
I've been doing the couch to 5k for like 6 months now haha i think i'm still on week 3. i DID sign up for a 5k in july though so at some point i'm gonna have to "get with the program" ha
I am so not a runner. I've tried a million times, and just...naw. :)
I've tried running - but I am just awful at it! I wish I were better because its a great workout and you can do it anywhere and don't need a gym membership.
I havent run for...28 weeks- ha, however long that is in months, but when I am allowed to work out again, I am scared to see how running goes- I will probably need to start all over with the couch to 5K program. Good LUCK!
