Weight Watchers Wednesday: Quick Breakfast

I've seen that a lot of bloggers do Weight Watchers or Weight Loss Wednesday so I decided to play along and use Wednesday as a day to share WW tips or recipes...so here we go!

Since starting WW in February I am always looking for quick things I can have for breakfast. Usually I eat in my car on the way to work or once I get to work at my desk so it's important that whatever I have is portable and will keep me full until lunch.
Here are some of my favorites:

Smart Ones English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich---4 POINTS

I try not to go crazy with Smart Ones or Lean Cuisines because of the sodium but these are really good and simple.

The Alternative Bagel---1 POINT

These can actually be ordered online here. I really like the Roasted Onion flavor with a Laughing Cow wedge spread on it (which brings the total to only 2 POINTS.)

Fage Total 2% with Honey---4 POINTS
For some people 4 POINTS might seem like a lot to spend on just yogurt but this is really filling and yummy. I will normally have a piece of fruit with it or as a snack later in the morning.

Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal---3 POINTS

The Banana Bread flavor is my personal fav.

What do you eat for breakfast? Any healthy suggestions for me to try next?

I haven't seen those Smart Ones sandwiches. Must try! I love Apple and Cinnamon oatmeal. I usually eat Raisin Bran for the fiber. Did you know Fiber One yogurts are 0 points?

All I have usually for breakfast is a banana & my coffee. I love love bagels so to see a bagel with 1 point!! Omg. A regular bagel is I believe 5-6 points!! Cool!! I'll check out those Smart Ones sandwhiches too! Thanks girl!

OMG. That english muffin looks to die for.

My "go to" breakfast is a bowl of honeynut cherrios. I'm such a child.

I'm guilty of usually just eating whatever I can find for breakfast, including but not limited to chocolate and/or ice cream. I should probably invest in those english muffin things...they look pretty delicious!

I LOVE Alternative Bagels! I used to eat them all the time and totally forgot about them until this. Thanks!

Those sandwiches look really good! I get the big tubs of yogurt (sometimes greek yogurt) and make my own parfait in a plastic cup because I eat it in my car... just do layers of yogurt, granola cereal and strawberries or any fruit!

I used to eat that oatmeal! I get on kicks and overdo things…so that is on a timeout for a while! :Banana kind was my fave too. I eat a one point English muffin or one point flat bread thing with a laughing cow wedge most mornings! I eat fruit mid-morning. IF I get up early enough- spinach, onion, tomatoes and egg whites and fat free cheese is my ultimate fave breakfast! Takes 5 minutes and I put it in a container and eat on the way to work.

and i would do almost anything for laughing cow cheese. it's heaven in the shape of a little wedge.

my breakfast is usually ezekiel bread and egg whites, or if i am in a hurry trader joe's frosted mini wheats. i love me some delicious frosted cereal :)

You lose the most weight when you prepare your food yourself, you have the full controll of the ingredients.

The Jimmy Dean Delights are good breakfast sandwiches too. I haven't figured the points on all of them, but they stay with you. I'm bad about wanting to snack about 10:00, but not on Jimmy Dean mornings.

I am going to share this with my hubby! He is doing weight watchers right now. I eat a lot of protein for breakfast. I go a little overboard, but gotta have that energy!

Granted I'm not on WW, but I love eating a banana & Skippy peanut butter for breakfast. I usually eat this at least 3x a week. MMM
