the twilight zone
Another Christmas has come and gone and I hope it was wonderful for all of you! Mine was very good...lots of eating, drinking, sleeping and general relaxation. Oh, and getting presents is always nice too! I am definitely not looking forward to going to work tomorrow. I feel like the week between Christmas and New Years is kind of the twilight zone. Minus Edward. Hopefully when I become a teacher and get a winter break the week will still feel like a long holiday like it did when I was in school! Since I started working I have always had to work on New Years so I haven't done anything cool in a couple years but at least this year I will have a three day weekend!

I am such a huge holiday person I purposely planned my career so that I would never work on a holiday. I, to this day, have never worked on a single holiday including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor day, etc. Love the breaks!
The break didn't last nearly long enough! Glad to hear your holiday was lovely!

I'm not a full-fledged teacher yet, but since I am currently subbing I get the winter break off too! It is way fab! Glad you get to celebrate NYE this year though! Yay!
yay, have fun during your three day weekend!! I am excited about being a teacher and being able to look forward to the break too! haha. Although, since I am still in school and work a ton of random jobs and not one full time job, I guess I still look forward to it even though I babysit most days :)
umm, TOTALLY the twilight zone> I have done NOTHING at work this week. like... pretty much, nothing.
