I had a lot of fun sharing my thoughts on the season premier of "The Real Housewives of NYC" last week. Not to mention, that was the post the earned me my first real comment of my blog...yay! (Please comment if you come by I would love to hear what you think...on any post!) So here are my thoughts on the ladies from last night's episode.
Ramona...when I saw the creepy white lizard I thought the truth was finally going to come out...there was the "real" Ramona, a tiny evil alien controlling the human shell we thought was Ramona. But it doesn't seem that she is ready to admit the truth yet (maybe next week?)...and because she took him out the alien peed on her in punishment, so she had to hide him away again. That bodybuilding picture will haunt my nightmares for years to come. Terrifying, just terrifying.
Speaking of nightmares...
Alex...in that "sailor"...dress...bathing suit...not sure what it was or when it would be worn...outfit. Scary. As was Simon's "whole package," thank God he opted to put the trunks back on. And I am not saying that because I am a "prude American," I am saying that because I don't want to see your wee-wee Simon! Where were the urchins while they were berating the beaches (if you don't like it...why are you there?) and spending 8k on ugly clothes? Oh right, probably with the au pair...so nice that they could make time for a "family" vacation.
Luann...Oh wait sorry...I must call her "Countess de Lesseps" as I am just one of the unwashed masses...just like the pizza delivery people. Come on...who doesn't give just their first name when the order a pizza! This is America and you are American...guess what...we don't have nobility here! I officially can't stand her after that benefit, she was talking then thought it was her place to get up and scold a bunch of adults. Then she kept talking. Hypocrite. Bethenny's comment was perfect...she was "discountess." Get over yourself Luann!
Jill and Bethenny...these two are so cute together! I want to hang out with them, they seem like they have a great relationship and love that Jill has taken Bethenny into her family. I think are a positive force in her life, which seems to have had some rough patches.
And the new girl...Kelly...still not sure about her. I thought it was kind of weird how she was bouncing around at the party with her dress flying up. It seemed a little childish but we could be seeing it out of context. I hope we see more of her soon, I know I would like to find out more about her.
