This is me today, only not as hot. I haven't seen this movie, but on the news they kept talking about whiteout conditions so I googled it. This is what I found.
For the first time ever my work is actually being cool about the blizzard and not forcing us to risk life and limb driving into work. So I am home today. 4 day week last week, 3 (or possibly 2) day week this week and a 3 day week next week...gotta love it.

UPDATED: Still really windy and blizzard-y outside. My office officially closed today which I'm pretty sure is unprecedented. I'm pretty sure we won't be able to get my car out so I probably am not going to go to work tomorrow.

Yeahh I'm in the snow belt too. I'm happy too that my job actually called to cancel. Whew. You couldn't pay me to leave my house today for love or money. hehe. =)
I can't believe it is STILL snowing down there! It finally made its way up to me...(NH) where it should have been the whole time, but was not! Weird!

seriously, i can't even imagine. like is everything closed down?? we get a little bit of sleet or ice here in houston and the whole city shuts down and it's like a city-wide emergency.

I see you are trapped inside too. We were actually going to walk up to the store, but the snow is blowing around so much that we finally just said forget it. It's INSANE out there! (And we finally just now got our electricity back.)
