Maybe it was the fact that I hardly worked last week, maybe it was the excessive amount of cookout-ing I did over the past three days, or maybe it was the fact that it actually was a three day weekend...whatever the cause Memorial Day weekend seemed to last forever, which was awesome.
Friday we went to happy hour at one of my favorite mexican resturants with my mom, sister and some friends, Saturday was spent relaxing and Sunday and Monday were both almost full day cookouts. I had a blast but ate and drank waaaay too much.
I don't think I turned on a computer the whole weekend so I have been spending some time tonight catching up on all of your lives.
Today was the first day of leaving Hanna while we went to work, I came home at lunch to let her out and play with her a bit and she seems to be handling it well. I am glad K doesn't work on Fridays so she will only be alone 4 days a week and that I live close enough to come home during the day! It is the one perk of my job!
